Extra work is billed at £60/hr.

What’s the setup fee?

A one-off £95 onboarding fee covers setup of backups, monitoring, staging, and DNS migration.

How long is the commitment?

Plans are billed quarterly in advance. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

Terms of service

1. Scope of Services

The Provider will supply hosting, maintenance and support as described in the selected plan. Hosting is included in the quarterly fee. Major redesigns, complex integrations, bespoke development and eCommerce rebuilds are out of scope and will be scoped and quoted separately.

2. Prepaid Design Hours

For Standard and Premium plans, clients receive prepaid design hours each quarter for small changes (content edits, menu updates, banners, small page builds, quick graphics). Unused hours expire at the end of the quarter and do not roll over unless agreed in writing.

3. Overage and Billing

Work beyond the included hours will be billed at £60 per hour. Additional work will be invoiced monthly in arrears or as otherwise agreed. Plans are billed quarterly in advance.

4. Service Levels and Response Times

Response times are measured from when a clear request is received via agreed communication channels: Essential – 5 business days; Standard – 72 hours; Premium – 48 hours. Response time covers acknowledgement and triage; complex tasks may require additional scheduling.

5. Onboarding & Setup

A one-off onboarding fee of £95 covers initial setup including backups, monitoring, staging configuration and DNS migration.

6. Termination & Billing

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. On termination, any prepaid hours not yet used will be forfeited. Outstanding invoices must be settled within 14 days of termination.

7. Exclusions

Hosting costs for unusually high-traffic sites or specialised infrastructure may be passed through with prior agreement. Major redesigns, complex integrations and extensive development are quoted separately.
